Tough Mudder Long Island Warm-Up Zone

So as some of you may have seen, I had the privilege this past weekend of being the Warm-Up MC for Tough Mudder at Old Bethpage on Long Island. Thanks to Steve From Building Strength, for arranging it! It was a lot of fun and I had the opportunity to interact with a lot of really cool people.
